Dr. Jennifer Bott

Professor of Management, Western Michigan University

Dr. Jennifer Bott brings over two decades of leadership experience to her role as Professor of Management at Western Michigan University. As a seasoned executive and facilitator, she has guided organizations through complex change initiatives and cultural transformations that measurably increased employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. In her previous executive roles, including Vice President for Academic Affairs at Western Michigan University and Dean of the Miller College of Business at Ball State University, Dr. Bott successfully led strategic planning processes that aligned institutional vision with measurable outcomes. Her consulting work spans both corporate and non-profit sectors, where she has established a track record of fostering high-performing, connected teams through evidence-based approaches to organizational development and human resource management. Organizations consistently praise her ability to build consensus, drive meaningful change, and create sustainable systems for employee engagement. 

Dr- Kati Peditto

Dr. Kati Peditto

Senior Design Researcher, DLR Group

Dr. Kati Peditto is a design researcher and speaker specializing in neuroinclusive design. With a PhD in Human Behavior and Design from Cornell University, she translates evidence into practical strategies for designers, HR professionals, and clinicians to create spaces that support neurodivergent individuals. Drawing from her own experiences as an autistic woman with ADHD, she is widely recognized for her expertise in design for mental health and neurodivergence, including features in the BBC, The Atlantic, and The Washington Post. Her work ensures that when evidence and lived experience lead together, environments fulfill their purpose: to support people in becoming more fully themselves. Her work spans education, healthcare, and justice, with a focus on dignity, access, and belonging.

Dr. Elena Sabinson

Assistant Professor of Environmental Design, University of Colorado Boulder

Dr. Elena Sabinson is an Assistant Professor and design researcher whose work spans environmental design, psychology, and emerging technologies. With a background in interior design and a PhD in Human Behavior & Design, Elena researches the design of objects, systems, and spaces to enhance emotional well-being through sensory engagement and self-soothing activities. As an autistic researcher, Elena is passionate about the role of neurodiversity in design processes. They direct the Neuro D Lab at CU Boulder, which investigates how design can foster joyful experiences, accommodate diverse sensory needs, and address environmental barriers, creating spaces that empower individuals across the spectrum of human experience.

Kristin Reddick

Lead Research Specialist, Haworth

Kristin has been a Haworth member since 2011 and is a Lead Researcher on the Workplace Research, Insights and Strategy team. In this role she leads research projects to study and learn about topics that are important to our clients, including culture, workplace performance, and well-being. Kristin believes that learning about people, making connections and having empathy can translate into more thoughtful design outcomes that best support the way people work. For the past 18 months, Kristin has been leading the research to uncover how to design neuroinclusive workplaces to better support human performance and worker well-being. Kristin is a graduate of Purdue University and a certified Interior Designer. Prior to her tenure with Haworth, she worked in commercial design with clients in healthcare, hospitality, and other corporate industries.

Christine Gritter

Corporate Content and Marketing Manager, Haworth

In her role as Corporate Marketing and Content Manager, Christine emphasizes thought leadership as a key element to the Haworth brand. She leverages Haworth’s vast research to drive knowledge-based initiatives to both internal and external audiences. Christine enjoys working with customers to share information and discuss the opportunities and challenges that arise in a rapidly changing business landscape. 

Since joining Haworth in 2007, Christine has held various roles in communication and marketing within the organization. Prior to joining Haworth, Christine worked in marketing at Baker Furniture in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has a Business/Communications degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
